西20-1X井尾管固井工艺技术

LINER CEMENTING TECHNOLOGY FOR WELL XI20-1X

  • 摘要: 西20-1X井是西20断块上的1口三开定向开发井,目的层为寒武系府君山组。该井潜山盖层复杂,技术套管未能坐入潜山,三开后发生严重漏失,无法建立循环,用常规固井工艺技术无法固井,采用尾管悬挂器、管外封隔器及配套工具等新工艺技术达到了优质固井的目的。

     

    Abstract: Well Xi20-1X is a directional development well in Block Xi20, with its target formation in the Cambrian sy stem.As the overlaying cover formations were very complicated, the intermediate casing failed to set in the buried hill, and severe lost circulation took place after drilling into the third section, as worse as no circulation could be established.In this case, the conventional cementing techniques couldn’t meet the cementing requirements in this well, while new techniques involving the use of liner hanger, external casing packer and other auxiliary tools fulfilled the goal of excellent cementing.
