投球选注技术研究及应用

STUDY ON SELECTIVE INJECTION TECHNOLOGY BY INJECTING BALLS

  • 摘要: 夹层薄、无夹层或高渗层和低渗层交错存在的稠油井进入热采注汽中后期,由于层间矛盾突出,注汽效果较差,而常规封隔器选注技术对上述3类井无法实施选注,为解决这一问题,进行了投球选注技术的研究与现场试验。该技术利用托盘式护栏将耐高温高压弹性堵球下至需封堵的层位,注汽时,堵球随流体流向井壁,封堵射孔孔眼,在护栏作用下,堵球只能封堵目的层,使其吸汽量降低,迫使节余的蒸汽注入其它层,从而达到选注目的。该技术在辽河油田试验9井次,累计增油2212t,成功率100%。

     

    Abstract: When viscous crude oil well is in the middle and late period of thermal recovery and gas injection, if there are thin intercalation, no intercalation or high permeability reservoir and low permeability reservoir are crossing, gas inject effect will be bad, and conflict will occur between intercalations, so as to normal packer selective injection technology can’t be used for above 3 types of wells.To resolve this problem, the selective injection technology by injecting balls was studied and tested on site, and tests were in 9 wells in Liaohe Oilfield, at last yield is totally increased by 2212t and efficiency is 100%.
