惠州油田高难度侧钻水平井钻井技术

HORIZONTAL SIDETRACKING TECHNOLOGY IN HUIZHOU OILFIELD

  • 摘要: 惠州油田作业者集团在最近3年中,使用导向钻井技术,在井斜33°左右的?244.5mm套管内开窗;在有限的平台空间和钻机的负荷条件下,使用导向钻具定向钻进和控制井眼轨迹;在自动跟踪导向工具(AUTOTRAK)、MWD随钻录井和LWD随钻测井技术的基础上,运用了大位移井的扭矩、摩阻预测和分析技术,成功地完成了4口侧钻井和2口高难度深井侧钻水平井。

     

    Abstract: In the recent three years, Operators Group Corp.has successfully conducted sidetracking operations in the ?244.5mm casing in a hole inclination of about 33°, by applying the steerable drilling technology.Despite the limited floor space and rig load, steerable drills were used for directional drilling and hole trajectory controlling.Furthermore, based on the application of such advanced tools and technologies as AUTOTRAK, MWD and LWD, the torque and friction prediction and evaluation technology for extended reach drilling was also used.Two difficult deep horizontal wells have been sidetracked successfully to date.
