华北北部第三系油田抽油井粉细砂防治技术

SILTSTONE PREVENTION TREATMENT TECHNOLOGY OF OIL PRODUCTION WELL IN TERTIARY PERIOD RESERVOIR IN THE NORTH OF HUABEI OILFIELD

  • 摘要: 针对粉细砂防治过程中存在的人工井壁堵塞及排泥砂井检泵频繁、生产成本高等问题,采取酸化解堵、抑砂防膨、压裂防砂相结合的复合防砂方式,对排泥砂井采用硬质合金阀、双固定阀改装泵,改变泵下管柱结构和新式防砂卡泵等技术,经过现场试验见到明显的经济和社会效益。

     

    Abstract: The complex sand control method, which includes aciding, expansion control and fracturing, was adopted aim at the problems of artificial sidewall plugging, pump detection frequently with draining mud and sand during the sand control operation. New technology was used to the well of draining mud and sand with carbide cave and double fixed cave of pump. The new model sand control pump was also used. After field testing, evidence social effect and economic effect has gained.
