液压——机械双作用尾管悬挂器的研制与应用

DEVELOPMENT AND APPLICATION OF A HYDRAULIC-MECHANICAL DUAL-ACTING LINER HANGER

  • 摘要: 尾管悬挂固井技术在解决复杂井钻井作业问题中发挥了巨大的作用。但是,常规尾管悬挂器在复杂井的应用中尚存在一定局限,其主要问题是坐挂成功率不能得到有效保证。为此,研制成功了新型的液压-机械双作用尾管悬挂器,该悬挂器是同一套装置具有2种可选择的坐挂方式,从而大大地提高了坐挂可靠性。文中介绍了其结构原理、地面试验、现场试验情况。

     

    Abstract: The cementing technique of using liner hanger is very helpful for solving the problems exist in drilling and completion of the difficult wells. However, the use of conventional liner hanger is limited in such wells, due to the uncertainty of successful setting and latching. A novel hydraulic-mechanical dual-acting liner hanger is developed, with more reliable and safe performances as compared with the conventional one. Its structure design and working mechanism, the surface testing and field setting testing are presented.
