小井眼固井一维顶替流理论研究

STUDY ON ONE-DIMENSIONAL DISPLACEMENT FLOW MECHAMISM IN SLIM HOLE CEMENTING

  • 摘要: 根据非牛顿流体力学理论,研究了一维顶替两相流流动机理,利用数值计算技术求解了顶替流流场,其理论研究所得的规律符合试验规律,研究结论还纠正了目前流行的2类错误模式,为现场施工提供了可靠的科学设计水力参数的依据。

     

    Abstract: The two-phase fluid flowing mechanism in one-dimensional displacement is studied based on the non-Newtonian fluid mechanics, and the flowing field of displacement flow is also derivated by numerical computation technique. The resulting tendency from the study meets well with the experimental tendency, and the two popular models at moment thus can be defined as false and therefore corrected. The study provides a reliable backup for the reasonable designing of hydraulic parameters in field cementing of slim holes.
