DQYK344-114堵水封隔器的研制

DEVELOPMENT OF WATER SHUTOFF PACKER DQYK344-114

  • 摘要: 在注水开发的陆相多油层砂岩油田中,油井堵水是一项常规的生产项目,但随着层间矛盾加大,堵水层与产油层之间的压差不断升高,原有的堵水封隔器由于承载压差低呈现出堵水成功率降低、有效工作周期缩短的缺点,已不能满足高含水期油田堵水的需要。DQYK344-114堵水封隔器是适应目前生产需要而研制的一种新型封隔器,它具有压缩和扩张复合式密封结构和利用层间压差增加密封性的特点,有效工作压差达35.0MPa。

     

    Abstract: Water shutoff about oil well is a routine production measure in continental facies sand oilfield where water injection technology is popular in the development. The pressure differential between water shutoff layer and production layer is increasingly high. The intrinsic packer cannot bear the pressure differential, which causing the successful rate of water shutoff declined and efficiency work period shorten. DQYK344-114 is a new packer being developed to adapt the production need at present. This type of packer possesses complex seal structure with pressing and expanding, which can increase seal by the pressure differential between layers. The availability work pressure differential can reach 35.0MPa.
