高抗挤厚壁套管的开发与应用

DESIGNING AND APPLICATION OF THICK WALL CASING OF HIGH COLLAPSING STRENGTH

  • 摘要: 介绍了中原油田油水井在盐膏层段套管损坏的原因及设计现状,分析了盐膏层段中套管的受力状况及损坏的规律,为防治套管损坏,延长油水井寿命,研制开发了TP130TT套管以及与之相配套的工艺、工具等。经现场应用情况表明,固井质量合格率达100%,试压一次成功率达100%。

     

    Abstract: Most casing damages in Zhongyuan oilfield take place in the salt bed formations, and this has remained a problem that seriously threatens oil and gas production for long time. Causes of casing damages were investigated, and a series of measures in casing design have been adopted accordingly, but with unsatisfactory results. To prevent casing damage and expand well life, a thick wall casing, TP130TT of high collapsing strength was designed and developed, based on the analysis to the mechanical conditions of casing and its damaging tendency in the salt bed. The matching technology and tools were also developed. This type of casing has been run in over 200 wells, cementing quality and pressure test results were all satisfactory, with 100 percent of successful rate.
