鹰眼系统在套管监测中的应用

APPLICATION OF THE EAGLE-EYE LOGGING SYSTEM IN CASING MONITORING

  • 摘要: 介绍了鹰眼系统的组成原理及技术特点,重点阐述了该系统在套管状况监测中的应用。分析了套管变形、套管错断、套管内腐蚀,射孔段的孔眼状况、井壁结垢状况、井下落物和鱼顶形状等多种类型的井况测试资料。现场应用100多井次证明,鹰眼系统检测技术是一种先进准确的套管状况监测方法,必将在井况诊断和确保增产、增注措施的实施中起到重要作用。

     

    Abstract: The structures, uses and special features of the downhole TV imaging device, the Eagle Eye system are illustrated and its application in casing condition monitoring is stressed in this paper. Logging data of various hole conditions, such as casing deformation, casing collapsing, inner wall corrosion, pore state in the perforating section, borehole scaling, downhole fishes and their shapes, etc. are analyzed using this system. Field using results in over 100 wells show that this system is advanced and accurate for casing condition monitoring, and can be effectively used for downhole condition inspection and production improvement.
