海上钻井隔水导管最小入泥深度研究

STUDY ON THE MINIMUM DRIVING DEPTH OF OFFSHORE DRILLING RISER

  • 摘要: 根据海底土的工程性质,建立了海底浅层地层破裂压力计算模型。针对钻井隔水导管的不同工况,建立了保证正常钻井液循环条件下,井口支持力结构情况下的隔水导管最小下入深度计算模型。该模型在渤海湾地区9个油田应用14口井,计算结果与实际情况比较吻合,应用效果良好。

     

    Abstract: A mathematical model is established for working out the shallow formation fracturing pressure under the sea floor, taking the engineering characteristics of sea floor earth into consideration. Based on this mathematical model and with further combination of different field operating conditions, the models for calculating the minimum driving depth of riser under two conditions, i.e., taking the riser as only a path for normal drilling fluid circulation, and considering of axial load on the riser at wellhead, are also proposed. These models have been applied in a few oilfields in Bohai Gulf area, and the calculating results met the real conditions perfectly.
