克拉2气田非酸解堵剂的室内研究

LAB STUDY WITH NON-ACID PLUG REMOVAL AGENT OF KELA-2 GAS FIELD

  • 摘要: 根据克拉2气田储层损害的特点,分析了可能对气层造成堵塞的原因,针对现场采用的钻井液进行了非酸解堵化学剂的研制,研制出了FS解堵剂。该解堵剂能起到清洗磺化沥青和润滑剂等聚合物油污、解除乳化堵、降低工作液滤液的表面张力、解除孔隙喉道的"水锁"以及防止水敏性粘土矿物膨胀的粘土稳定作用。岩心试验结果表明:FS非酸解堵剂可以有效地解除钻井液的污染。

     

    Abstract: The causations which may make the gas formation plugging are analyzed according to the formation damaging specialty of Kela-2 gas field. Trials of non-acid plug removal chemical agent have been done according to the drilling fluid using in the field and plug removal agent FS has been developed. It can cleanout polyment dirt such as bitumen and lubricant, ravel emulsification plug, reduce surface tension of filtrate and relieve water-lock of pore throat. The agent also has stabilization effect to clay mineral. The test result of core indicate that the FS can ravel contamination of drilling fluid effectively.
