TERTIARY WELL CONTROL TECHNOLOGY OF WELL DINA-2

  • 摘要: 迪那2井钻遇高压、高产气层后发生强烈的井喷并着火。介绍了井喷失控后的抢险技术思路以及反压井、环空打水泥、剪切钻杆、换装防喷器组、压井、换装采油树的实施过程,展现了国内外罕见的高压、高产气井井喷抢险一套完整的、技术性强的三次井控技术,为今后的抢险作业提供了经验。

     

    Abstract: During the drilling of well Dina-2, serious blowout and fire took place when drilling into the high-pressured rich gas zone. The emergency plan after the loss of well control, and the whole operation process from reverse circulation killing, cementing through annular, cutting the drill pipe, to installing the BOP stack, further killing and installing the Christmas tree are described. This set of tertiary well control technology is efficient for the high-pressured gas well, and it provides some valuable experience for dealing with such emergency conditions.
