长庆小井眼丛式井固井技术

STUDY ON THE CEMENTING TECHNOLOGY OF SLIM CLUSTER WELLS IN CHANGQING

  • 摘要: 小井眼固井由于其井眼尺寸小、环空间隙小,给固井作业带来较大困难,常规固井技术难以保证其固井质量。针对长庆油田小井眼井浅、地层低压低渗、油层有底水或油水同层、丛式开发等具体特点研究出的小井眼固井实用技术,在现场应用中见到了良好效果。重点论述和介绍了该技术的工艺、水泥浆等方面的研究成果和在现场应用情况。

     

    Abstract: Cementing of the slim hole is very difficult due to its small hole size and annular clearance, and the conventional cementing technology cannot meet the requirements of field cementing. The slim wells drilled in Changqing are relatively shallow, and formations are low pressured with low permeability. Water layers or bottom water also exist in the pay zone. In accordance with these conditions, and based on the cluster well development plan, a practical slim hole cementing technology is developed and field applied, with remarkable improvement on cementing quality. Its technique, study achievements on cement slurry, and field using are described.
