长庆小井眼丛式井钻井技术

SLIM CLUSTER WELL DRILLING TECHNOLOGY IN CHANGQING OILFIELD

  • 摘要: 长庆油田自1998年至2000年进行了小井眼定向井、丛式井钻井技术研究,形成了一套完善的工艺技术。针对小井眼定向井特殊工艺及长庆油田地层、油藏特征,分析了长庆小井眼定向井的井身结构和井身剖面,给出了适合长庆小井眼定向井钻井的设备、工具配套,重点分析了长庆小井眼定向井井眼轨迹控制技术、底部钻具组合力学特性对井斜和方位的影响及小井眼定向井钻头的合理选择,并且对最佳参数配合进行了分析,形成了长庆小井眼定向井、丛式井轨迹有效控制的成套技术。小井眼丛式井能够达到降低浅油层钻井成本的目的,适应当今世界石油的低成本战略要求。

     

    Abstract: Developing with slim-cluster well can cut down the drilling cost of shallow reservoirs, while the improvement of auxiliary technology is also necessary. Study has been carried out on slim directional well and cluster well drilling technology since 1998 in Changqing Oilfield, and a set of drilling technologies have been developed. Basing on the formation and reservoir characteristics, together with the analyzing of casing program and borehole profile, and combining with the special techniques needed for slim directional well, the suitable drilling equipment and tools are proposed. It focuses on slim hole trajectory control, effects of BHA selection on hole deviation and azimuth, and the selection of drill bits for slim hole. The optimum drilling parameters are also investigated.
