有杆泵采油井工况的远程诊断

NETWORK TELEMATIC OF SUCKER ROD PUMB OIL WELLS

  • 摘要: 概述了基于信息网络的远程故障诊断技术的发展及应用,指出目前油田使用的有杆泵采油井工况诊断技术的优缺点,提出将网络技术与有杆泵采油井工况诊断技术结合起来,实现有杆泵采油井工况、故障的异地远程诊断,进一步降低油井管理成本,提高油井管理的科学性。采用基于Internet的编程思想,应用ASP和ADO技术,结合HTML语言实现了有杆泵采油井故障的远程诊断,该诊断模式将开发环境和应用环境区分开来,形成相互独立的2个系统,降低了对用户端的硬件要求,用户端为统一的浏览器,浏览器端只需1个浏览器和通用的软件平台就可以向用户提供风格一致的操作方式,实现了跨平台的系统应用。另外,可降低用户的维护、培训等费用,也方便了服务器端对远程故障诊断系统的不断升级和维护。

     

    Abstract: After summarizing the development and application of telematic technology basic on Internet and pointing out the merit and demerit of the diagnosis technology used in sucker rod pump well, a new technology that Internet and sucker rod pump diagnosis technology tied in is put forward, which can implement telematic of the wells, so the run cost of them would be knocked-down. The accomplishment of telematic of sucker rod pump basic on the idea of Internet program using the technology of ASP ADO. The diagnosis model put the development conditions and the application conditions apart, which can form two systems lonely, that reduced the require of computer hardware of consumer.
