定向井钻柱摩阻预测与应用

FRICTION PREDICTION OF DRILLING STEM IN DIRECTIONAL WELL AND ITS APPLICATION

  • 摘要: 以弯曲圆管的钻柱摩阻力学模型为基础,对定向井的摩擦阻力问题进行了分析研究。通过实例分析和计算,给出了摩阻分布曲线和地面大钩载荷,并在江苏墩塘油田定向井D2- 20井进行了应用,预测结果与实测结果吻合度较好。该结论可用于指导钻柱设计和地面设备选择等。

     

    Abstract: The frictional force in directional well is analyzed and studied based on the mechanics model of the flexural drill pipe, and through case history investigation and calculation,the friction distribution curve and the hook load are predicted.This method was used in the directional well D2-20 of Duntang Oilfield in Jiangsu,and the field measurement coincided with the prediction. This method can be used for reference in drill stem design and surface equipment selection.
