深部调剖中封堵地层大孔道技术的应用

TECHNOLOGY USING IN DEEP ZONE PROFIEL CONTROL

  • 摘要: 对复合调剖体系封堵地层大孔道的作用机理进行了阐述,评价了调剖体系的封堵性能。大港油田在港东、港西、小集、王官屯等中高渗透油藏应用复合调剖体系进行深部调剖 5 1井次,调剖有效率 76.5%,受益油井见效率 6 0.1%,平均单井组日增油 2.6t,已累计增油 32 6 83t,投入产出比 1:3.7,取得了显著的经济效益。

     

    Abstract: The effect mechanism of plugging big pore throat with composite material profile control system was expounded. The plugging capability of the profile control system was evaluated. The profile control efficiency is 76.5% and at the same time benefit oil well take effect rate is 60.1% after 51 wells had been done in Dagang Oilfield, which cumulative increase productivity reached 32,683 tons. The marked economic benefit was obtained.
