浅层稠油油藏蒸汽选注分采工艺技术

SEPARATE LAYER RECOVERY OF SHALLOW HEAVY OIL RESERVOIR WITH STEAM INJECTION

  • 摘要: 新疆克拉玛依油田浅层稠油油藏普遍存在严重非均质性以及热力开采过程中的蒸汽超覆现象,致使油藏中上部动用程度高,下部动用程度低,影响油田的开发效果。为此,采用热胀式热采封隔器和ZY-1型多轮次注抽泵,组成配套工艺技术,在吞吐井上实施"封上采下"、"封下采上"、"堵漏"等工艺,能有效地解决油藏层间矛盾,提高油层动用程度,并实现不动管柱重复注汽、采油的全过程。4年来现场共应用 12 4井次,措施有效率为 93.5%,累计增油 2 870 5t,获得了很好的经济效益和社会效益

     

    Abstract: The shallow heavy oil reservoirs in Karameyi Oilfield of Xinjiang Region are very heterogeneous. Steam override is serious during thermal oil recovery operations. Therefore, recovery rates in the middle and top layers of the reservoirs are relatively high, but those from the bottom layers are low. This influences the exploration efficiency of reservoirs. To solve these problems the thermoespansion packers combined with multi-cycle steam stimulation we used different modes of operation:including blocking the upper zones and producing the lower zones, and vice versa and plugging. These techniques have been used in 124 times steam injection for more than four years. The success ratio is 93.5%, cumulative oil production has increased by 28,705 tons. Results show these techniques are simple and easy to operate.
