国内首例井下水热裂解催化降粘开采稠油现场试验

FIRST FIELD EXPERIMENTAL OF RECOVERY HEAVY OIL USING DOWN-HOLE CATALYTIC METHOD IN CHINA

  • 摘要: 介绍了国内首次井下催化降粘开采稠油的现场试验。试验结果表明:采用合适的水热裂解催化剂,配合适当的注入方式,在蒸汽吞吐的条件下,可以实现井下催化降粘开采稠油的目的。辽河油田稠油经处理后,采出稠油的粘度大大下降,油井产量增加;采出油的饱和烃、芳香烃含量增加,胶质、沥青质含量减少。本项研究的成功,为更有效地开发我国稠油油藏资源提供了一种新的开采技术。

     

    Abstract: The first experimental of recovery heavy oil using down-hole catalytic method was described in this paper. The results show that, under the condition of huff and puff, with added aquathermolstic catalyst and adopt suitable injection way, the aim of down-hole catalytic viscosity reduce can be achieved. After treatment, the viscosity of heavy oil was dramatic decreased over 60%, and the yield increased above 280 tons. The results also showed that the saturate and aromatic increased, resin asphaltene decreased. The successful results provide a new technology for recovery heavy oil in China.
