开发低渗透油田的小井眼钻井技术

SLIM HOLE DRILLING TECHNOLOGY FOR DEVELOPING LOW PERMEABILITY RESERVOIRS

  • 摘要: 为解决我国大量低渗透、低丰度储量无法动用的问题,近年来分别在大庆、吉林和长庆等油田分公司开展了小井眼钻井技术的研究与试验工作。低渗透油气藏单井产量低,按常规方法开采,油田开发建设的投资规模大,原油生产成本高,经济效益差或无经济效益。对小井眼钻井技术及其在不同低渗透油田的应用进行了分析、评价,认为采用小井眼钻井技术可较大幅度地降低钻井成本。形成规模性的小井眼钻井配套生产能力是提高低渗透油藏开发效益的重要保障和途径。

     

    Abstract: Slim hole drilling technology can be used to recover the low permeability poor reservoirs efficiently, as the conventional development method costs too much and produces little profits. Study and tests of this technology have been conducted in such oilfields as Daqing, Jiling and Changqing in China, and its applications in different types of low permeability reservoirs have been investigated and evaluated. It concludes that the slim drilling technology can largely reduce drilling costs, and extensive specialized slim hole drilling equipment and technologies are essential for effective development of low permeability reservoirs.
