侧钻水平井钻柱动力学分析及应用

DRILL STEM DYNAMICS ANALYSIS AND APPLICATION IN SIDETRACKED HORIZONTAL WELLS

  • 摘要: 以侧钻水平井中的整体钻柱为研究对象,建立了侧钻水平井钻柱三维动力学分析模型。采用三维动力有限元理论,建立了描述空间内的钻柱振动的动力学方程。用PASCAL语言编制了 1套侧钻水平井钻柱振动分析及疲劳极限应力分析的软件,通过对大庆所钻的第 1口侧钻水平井高 16 0 -侧平 38井设计井身和实测井身数据对应的疲劳强度及响应内力的计算结果表明,该分析具有工程实用价值,对大庆及其它油田的侧钻井技术的开展具有一定的指导意义。

     

    Abstract: A three-dimensional drill stem dynamics analysis model is established in accordance with the integrated drill stem in horizontal well, and a dynamics equation describing drill stem vibration in hole space is also created by three-dimensional dynamics finite element method. A computer program on drill stem vibration analysis and fatigue critical stress analysis is developed using PASCAL, and it proves to be practical through analyzing the planed borehole data and actual measured data of the first sidetracked horizontal well in Daqing, Gao160-CP38. This study will be good for the development of sidetracked horizontal drilling in Daqing and other oilfields.
