使用聚合物钻井液提高钻井效率

IMPROVING DRILLING EFFICIENCIES WITH POLYMER MUD

  • 摘要: 俄罗斯Bashkortostan油田在 1998~2 0 0 0年之间用聚合物钻井液体系,共完成了 310口开发井,取得了较好的效果。介绍了聚合物钻井液的特点、配方、技术指标、室内试验及现场应用情况。与用粘土钻井液完钻的 86口开发井相比,平均机械钻速提高 1.4倍。应用表明,在生产层段采用聚合物钻井液配合涡轮钻具代替旋转钻进方式,平均钻进时间降低 15%~2 0%,平均机械钻速提高 1.9倍,井眼清洗费用下降 10%,地层污染程度控制到了最小。

     

    Abstract: Polymer based drilling fluids are used to drill 310 development wells in the Bashkortostan fields of Russian, with steady improvements in drilling efficiencies achieved.Their advantages, formulation, technology influences, lab tests and field applications are introduced. The average penetration rates increased by 25% over the wells drilled with clay based mud. Applications show that a combination of polymer muds and turbodrills in the reservoir intervals increases overall penetration rates over the rotary drilling mode. The total penetration time and costs on wellbore washing fell 15%~20% and 10% respectively, while formation damage is minimized.
