Y344-110找漏管柱的研制与应用

DEVELOPMENT AND APPLICATION OF Y344-110 INSPECTING LEAKAGE PIPE STRING

  • 摘要: 针对江 45 3找漏管柱存在的封隔器胶筒容易损坏、节流器密封不严等问题,设计了Y344 - 110找漏管柱。该管柱采用新研制的Y344 - 110封隔器和?10 0mm节流器。经现场 16口井试验表明,该管柱外径小,解决了套变井径大于 110mm油水井验套的工艺难题。并且该管柱多次坐封,封隔器胶筒也不会损坏,密封可靠;节流器阀芯和阀座之间采用软密封,密封性好,开启压力稳定。找漏工艺 1次成功率由以前的 30%提高到 10 0%,取得了较好的经济效益。

     

    Abstract: Y344-110 inspecting leakage pipe string was designed to resolve the problem of Jiang-453 that packer rubber being damaged easily and flow controller being not seal well. The new development packer Y344-110 and ?100mm flow controller were used in this pipe string. After field testing in 16 wells, the problem that the hole diameter with casing deformation which larger than 110mm has been settled. The packer rubber has not been damaged with many times pipe string setting. Between flow controller core and valve seat, there is soft seal, so sealing property is well and opening pressure is stabilization. The success rate was improved from 30% to 100%.
