割缝筛管防砂技术研究

STUDY OF SLOTTED SCREEN LINER SAND CONTROL TECHNOLOGY

  • 摘要: 描述了割缝筛管防砂机理及割缝筛管筛缝宽度的确定方法,研究了割缝筛管与地层充填砂的配伍性。介绍了适用于不同渗流能力的地层的割缝筛管防砂工艺及现场应用情况。割缝筛管防砂技术简单实用,重复利用率高,适用于地层渗透率较高的砂岩油藏、特别是疏松砂岩稠油油藏注汽前一次性防砂,避免了绕丝管结构复杂、大修率高、滤砂管易破损、热采井防砂占井时间长等系列问题。

     

    Abstract: It was described to confirm the mechanism of slotted screen liner sand control and its screen fractured width. The compatibility of slotted screen liner and formation sand was studied. The technology of slotted screen liner sand control used in percolation ability formation and its field test was introduced. It has a simple operation and high repeat utilize rate, be the same with every sand reservoir with higher permeability, especially with loose sand viscous reservoir before steam injection. The problems of wire-wrapped screen were settled such as complex structure, longer stage in work job atc.
