孤东油田防砂堵水一体化技术研究与应用

STUDY AND APPLICATION OF SAND CONTROL AND WATER SHUTOFF SYSTEM TECHNOLOGY IN GUDONG OILFIELD

  • 摘要: 疏松砂岩油藏开发到中后期,由于存在着油层出砂与出水的双重矛盾,油田防砂、堵水的工作量与难度不断加大,针对这种情况,提出了防砂与堵水一体化新工艺。确定了FD- 1与FD- 2两种防砂堵水剂配方,并对其性能进行了室内评价,确定了扩孔剂的类型与用量,考察了各种地层因素对防砂堵水剂性能的影响。确定了现场施工的方法与顺序以及计算防砂堵水剂用量的公式。现场试验 2 0多井次,防砂有效率 91.7%,堵水有效率 76%,累计增油 12 15 4t,表明该防砂堵水剂配方合理,现场施工安全可靠,防砂堵水效果显著。

     

    Abstract: Being the double contradiction (sand production and water shutoff) of the formation, the workload and difficulty about sand control and water shutoff is becoming heave after the loose sand reservoir coming into the later development stage. A new system technology about sand control and water shutoff was put forward. Two prescriptions of sand control and water shutoff system technology were confirmed which named FD-1 and FD-2, and lab testing of their performance was evaluated. The affection to the two agents with every formation factors was reviewed. The method and the order of field construction and the formula of the sand control and water shutoff agent were confirmed. After 20 wells testing, the efficiency of sand control is 91.7 %, the efficiency of water shutoff is 76%, and the production of oil increase 12,154t.
