深度酸化技术在玉门油田青西探区窿4井的研究与应用

RESEARCH AND APPLICATION OF DEEPLY ACIDIZING TECHNOLOGY WELL L-4 IN QINGXI YUMEN OILFIELD

  • 摘要: 针对玉门油田青西探区窿 4井裂缝性凝灰质砾岩油藏岩性特殊、井深 45 5 2m、油层压力高达 5 6.6 4MPa以及储层堵塞严重、表皮系数高达 10 7.73的特点,研究成功稠化盐酸 +油基稠化液 +稠化土酸的多级注入深度酸化技术。该技术在青西探区窿 4井实施后,油井产油量由 5 8m3/d上升至 2 5 6m3/d。该井深度酸化技术的试验成功,对于青西探区裂缝性特殊油藏的油层改造工作具有重要的指导和借鉴意义。

     

    Abstract: The deeply acidizing technology of multilevel injection with viscous HCl acid, oily viscous liquid and mud acid viscous was succeed according to the point of well L-4 in Qingxi, Yumen Oilfield that reservoir is fractured tuff conglomerate pool, well depth is 4552m,formation pressure is 56.64MPa, and high skin factor is 107.73. After the technology has been implemented in well L-4,the yield was ascended from 58m3/d to 256m3/d。The successful test have important guidance and use for reference to formation reform in fractured special pool in Qingxi, Yumen Oilfield.
