地层无机结垢预测技术研究与应用

STUDIES AND APPLICATION ON INORGANIC SCALING PREDICTION TECHNOLOGY ABOUT FORMATION

  • 摘要: 无机结垢是油田注水过程中遇到最严重的问题之一,结垢造成了油田开采过程中较大的经济损失,低渗透油田损失更大。为高效开发低渗透油田,应对结垢进行科学预测,并提出相应合理的防垢措施。通过对已有的结垢预测方法进行综合对比,在前人研究的基础上,利用溶度积规则、离子缔合理论及多元非线性回归技术,建立了地层无机结垢饱和度指数预测模型,同时编制了无机结垢预测软件PIOS1.0,并应用预测软件对几个油田地层水进行了结垢预测,预测结果与实际情况对比基本吻合。

     

    Abstract: An inorganic scaling is one of the most severe problem in the process of oilfield water injection development. Scale results in lots of economic loss during oil production, especially low permeability oil field, loss too much. So injected water and formation water are carried out to scientific prediction and the reasonable scale prevention measure is put forward for low permeability oil field economic development. In this paper, old prediction methods are compared, inorganic scale saturation index equation founded by virtue of ion association theory and classic solution theory, the Prediction Software of Inorganic Scaling(PIOS1.0)developed. Scale degree of formation water is predicted for several oil fields. Scaling is the most serious near well bore zone and it agrees with scale in situ basically.
