CEMENTING OF?139.7mm CASING IN WELL BAI 12X3

  • 摘要: 北 12X3井是 1口重点探井,实际完钻井深 44 15m。该井三开钻井过程中,井下出现了坍塌、掉块、井漏、气侵严重等复杂情况,造成三开井段井径极不规则,给固井施工带来很大的困难。通过强化固井准备、优化固井设计、优化水泥浆性能,严格细化技术措施,较好地解决了施工中存在的问题,固井质量达到设计要求。

     

    Abstract: Well 12X3 is an important exploration well drilled in Jidong Oilfield, with an actual total depth of 4415m. During the drilling of ?215.6mm hole, well collapse, cutter lost, lost circulation and gas invasion frequently occur, and an irregular hole profile is build, which is very bad for cementing operation. In this case, a lot of preparation work is carried out, and the cementing program, as well as cement slurry properties, are modified to meet the actual downhole condition. During the field operation, the procedures are strictly followed, and a successful cementing job is completed.
