小油气田简易污水处理工艺

TECHNOLOGY OF SEWAGE TREATMENT IN SMALL FIELD

  • 摘要: 简易污水处理工艺技术是指利用卧式隔油罐作为油水沉降后的隔油装置,并增加相应的提压设备及配套工具。在华北油田西 48断块、强 2 6断块、高 2 9断块的拉油接转站应用后,解决了因没有污水回注系统、产出污水只能外拉回注、而断块本身却靠注清水补充地层能量的矛盾。应用简易污水处理工艺技术后,断块产出污水可以自行消耗掉,这样既节约了清水资源,也避免了因注清水对地层的伤害。另外因油田回注自产污水,污水与油层配伍性好,使油层得到保护,从而提高油田开发效果。

     

    Abstract: Using horizontal skimming tank as an skimming unit after oil water settled, added relevant raise pressure equipment and matching technology, this named the facility sewage treatment technology. The technology has solved the problem that since there is not sewage treatment equipment, sewage must be transported out and the fault itself need fresh water to supplement energy in Xi48, Qiang26 and Gao29 transport oil station. After using the facility sewage treatment technology, the fault can used up the sewage itself, so the fresh water was saved and formation damage was avoided.
