酸洗防砂技术的研究与应用

STUDY AND APPLICATION OF THE PLUGGING REMOVAL AND SAND CONTROL TECHNOLOGY

  • 摘要: 针对老河口油田地层泥质含量偏高,油井实施涂料砂防砂及金属棉滤砂管防砂后产生的防砂堵塞问题,经多年现场研究,成功地开发出酸洗防砂技术。该技术将防砂与解堵有机结合起来,在防砂的基础上实施解堵。通过室内试验及现场应用证实,本项技术施工简单,成本低,是桩西一项重要的防砂工艺,并对同类油藏防砂具有指导意义。

     

    Abstract: If the reservoir sand clay content is higher than 10%, oil well sand control maybe cause plugging in reservoir. Based on a large number of tests, this problem was solved with the technology of plugging removal sand control. The technology bands sand controlling and plug removal together, implementing plug removal job while doing sand control. The technology has been become an important sand control technology in Zhuangxi Oilfield with simplicity operation and lower price.
