生产井站多参数地面测试技术研究与应用

RESEARCH AND APPLICATION OF MULTI-PARAMETER GROUND TESTING TECHNOLOGY IN PRODUCTION WELL AND STATION

  • 摘要: 针对一些含气量不稳定的生产井,使用现有计量站的计量工艺技术进行计量比较困难的现状,研制了生产井站多参数地面测试仪。现场试验表明,利用该仪器能够同时录取流量、含水、井温、进站压力等参数,地面接收仪自动采集信号,将流量、含水、压力、温度显示于屏幕,减轻了工人的劳动强度,提高了劳动效率,具有良好的经济效益和社会效益。

     

    Abstract: The multi-parameter surface testing instrument of producing well and station was developed according to the problems that some wells with instability gas content and gaging technology of measuring station now is more difficulty. Field testing indicate that using this instrument can matriculate flow, water cut, well temperature and inflow station pressure at the same time. The surface receiver can acquisition parameter automatism and can show flow, water cut, pressure and temperature on screen. The technology can lighten labor intensity of workers and improve labor efficiency. It has a better economic benefit and society benefit.
