新型高压密闭式电缆射孔装置及施工工艺

NEW HIGH PRESSURE CLOSED SYSTEM CABLE PERFORATION EQUIPMENT AND IT’S FIELD TESTING TECHNOLOGY

  • 摘要: 阐述了研制新型高压密闭射孔装置的目的及意义;高压密闭装置的组成及作用;采用的技术原理;主要技术指标和技术关键以及此施工工艺推广应用情况及效益。本装置由高压防喷管、高压防喷盒、高压注脂泵、高压密闭闸门及转换接头等组成。高压密闭电缆射孔装置可广泛应用于各类带压油气井,使用51枪、60枪、73枪、89枪、102枪等枪型进行电缆射孔及带压打捞井下落物作业;亦可用于分层压裂时带压下桥塞作业。此装置可有效地防止射孔时井喷事故的发生,每年可减少由于井喷事故造成电缆材料损失(40~50)万元。可防止环境污染,节约压井作业费用5万元/井次,对安全和环保具有十分重要的意义。

     

    Abstract: The purpose and meaning of studying with the new high pressure closed system perforation was expound. The constitute and effect, the technology principle, the main technical target and top technology were expound also. This setting was constituted by high-pressure lubricator, blowout preventer, injection oily pump, closed gate valve and conversion tie-in. The high-pressure cable closed perforation equipment can be used in all kind of oil and gas wells with pressure. It can be used in fishing downhole fish and in bridge plugging in fracturing with pressure. The setting can prevent blowout efficiency and can prevent environment pollution.
