新型分层注水分层测试管柱研究及应用

RESEARCH AND APPLICATION OF A NEW TYPE SEPARATE LAYER WATER INJECTION AND TESTING PIPE STRING

  • 摘要: 提出了一种新型的用于大斜度定向井的一级两段分层注水分层测试工艺技术,介绍了其工艺管柱的结构组成、工作原理及所研制的主要工具测试工作岗、空心配水器、水嘴芯子、Y241可洗井封隔器的结构组成。该技术注水调配、测试工艺简单,并可使封隔器有效期延长。该管柱解决了封隔器不居中问题、管柱锚定问题,水嘴调配方便,测试工艺简单,性能可靠。

     

    Abstract: A new type separate layer water injection and testing technology was put forward to use in high angle deviated hole. The structure and work principle of the pipe string was introduced. The main tools of it included test receptacle, hollow water injection mandrel, water nozzle spindle and Y241 washable packer. The technology has simple water injection control and testing, and can prolong the valid period of packer. The problem of packer immediate and pipe string anchoring have solved.
