插装阀式井下液压震击器及其工作特性

THE WELL HYDRAULIC VIBRATOR CONTROLLED WITH CARTRIDGE VALVE AND ITS CHARACTERISTIC

  • 摘要: 井下液压振动是一种新的物理法采油工艺技术。针对井筒断面尺寸小和采用低粘度液压工作介质的特点,研制了一种插装阀式井下液压震击器。详细介绍了插装阀组、先导阀及换向机构、往复运动液压缸及其位置反馈系统,并对液压振动系统进行了设计与计算,给出了系统的工作频率和主要结构参数的计算式。此外,还利用流体动力学原理对插装阀的工作特性进行了详细的分析和研究。

     

    Abstract: The well hydraulic vibration is a new kind of oil recovery technology with physical method. For the small sectional area of well and the low viscosity of operation liquid, the well hydraulic vibrator controlled with cartridge valve has been developed. In this paper, the cartridge valve group, the guide valve and change mechanism, vibration cylinder and position feedback system has introduced in detail. The design philosophy, vibration frequency and main structure date of the hydraulic system has given. In addition, the operation characteristic of the cartridge valve has analyzed with fluid dynamics.
