延迟固井技术研究及应用

STUDY AND APPLICATION OF DELAYED CEMENTING TECHNOLOGY

  • 摘要: 延迟固井技术主要用在小间隙、窄环空井眼和一些特殊井的固井工艺中。经过室内研究和现场应用证实,该项技术已获得成功,基本解决了诸如套损井二次固井修复、小间隙尾管固井等技术难题。文中重点论述了延迟固井技术在工艺、工具、水泥浆等方面的研究情况,并介绍了室内试验、研究成果和现场应用情况。

     

    Abstract: Delayed cementing technology is mainly used for cementing slim holes, wells with small annular space and some special wells. It is now a mature technology, and has been successfully used for repairing the casing damaged wells in secondary cementing, and in liner cementing of the slim holes. This paper focuses on the study of its operation procedures, tools used, and drilling fluid technology, etc. The laboratory testing, study achievements, and field applications are also described.
