港深78井小井眼双心钻头钻井技术

BICENTRAL BIT FOR SLIM HOLE DRILLING IN WELL GANGSHEN-78

  • 摘要: 在港深78井施工中为封固漏层下入?177.8mm套管后,井眼仍需要继续钻进,为增加套管环空,提高油层固井质量,采用了?152.4mm小井眼双心钻头钻井工艺,钻成了迄今国内应用同类钻头钻成的最深最长的井段。介绍了该井小井眼双心钻头的使用技术和钻井液处理技术,总结出8条小井眼双心钻头钻井的实践经验。

     

    Abstract: In well Gangshen-78, 177 8mm casing is used to isolate the lost circulation area, and subsequent hole must be deepened. The 152.4mm bit designed for slim hole drilling is used in drilling the subsequent hole, so as to increase casing annular space and improve cementing quality. The bit is successfully used in this well, and sets a record of the longest interval drilled using the same kind of bit in China. This paper describes the field using of the bicentral bit and drilling fluid treating on field, and summed up 8 items for reference in field drilling.
