胜利油田有杆泵抽油系统常见故障原因调查及改进措施

INVESTIGATION TO FAMILIAR FAULT OF SUCKER ROD PUMP PUMPING SYSTEM AND RELEVANT IMPROVEMENT MEASURES

  • 摘要: 针对胜利油田有杆泵抽油系统的故障问题,进行了有杆泵抽油系统失效原因综合调查。指出地层开采条件、油井井身结构、地面设备质量、井下设备的运输、储存、加工制造工艺及设计工艺、配套工艺措施、操作管理因素等是有杆泵抽油系统失效的主要原因。在此基础上提出了相应的改进措施及设想。

     

    Abstract: Based on the comprehensive investigation to the failure of the sucker rod pump pumping system in Shengli Oilfield, this paper lists the main causes of failure as follows:reservoir development condition, oil well configuration, quality of surface equipment, transportation, storing, fabrication and matching process of downhole equipment, operation, management and so on. Furthermore, this paper provides the relevant improvement measures.
