一种计算钻柱螺纹弹塑性接触应力的新方法

A NEW METHOD OF CALCULATING ELASTOPLASTICITY CONTACT STRESS OF DRILLSTEM THREAD

  • 摘要: 在建立了螺纹轴向载荷分布规律的弹簧模型(1998,张焱等)的基础上,结合螺纹连接的弹簧模型与弹塑性有限元方法,形成了一种计算钻柱螺纹连接弹塑性接触应力的新方法,可得到在连接状态下由预紧力与轴向拉力或轴向压力所引起的螺纹连接部位的位移场和应力场。这种方法有较高的计算效率,且满足一定的工程精度。

     

    Abstract: Based on the spring model of distribution law of thread axial load and combining with spring model for thread coupling and elastoplastic finite element technique,this paper develops a new method of calculating elastoplastic contact stress of drillstem thread.In the coupling condition,displacement field and stress field of thread coupling area,caused by pre-spinning force and axial tension or compression,are obtained.The method possesses a higher calculating efficiency and meets a certain engineering accuracy.
