冲击旋转钻井技术在石油钻井中的应用研究

RESEARCH AND APPLICATION OF PERCUSSION ROTARY DRILLING TECHNOLOGY IN PETROLEUM DRILLING

  • 摘要: 在分析了冲击旋转钻井技术在石油钻井中的应用前景的基础上,介绍了新型液动冲击器结构及工作原理;并根据往复泵的能量方程推导了液动冲击器的单次冲击功、能量利用率和冲击频率的计算公式,并利用实测数据进行了验证。验证结果表明,推导的公式是正确的。同时进行了现场试验,机械钻速比旋转钻井提高了20%~60%。

     

    Abstract: Based on analysis of application prospects of rotary drilling in petroleum drilling,this paper presents the structure and working principle of the new hydraulic kicker.The calculating formulas for the power of single stroke,utilization efficiency of energy and frequency of strokes are derived from the energy equation of the reciprocating pump.These formulas are also verified by the measured data.The verification indicates that these formulas derived correct.The penetration rate is increased by 20%~60% in comparison with the rotary table drilling during the field test.
