钻井液脉冲传输速度的影响因素分析

ANALYSIS OF INFLUENCE FACTORS ON DRILLING MUD PULSE TRANSMISSION SPEED

  • 摘要: 地面与井下的无线信息传输系统多采用钻井液脉冲的传输方式,信息的传输速度是这种传输方式的一个基本参数。提出了钻井液脉冲传输速度的计算公式,分析了钻井液的组分及性质、管道特性以及钻井液类型等因素对正、负脉冲传输速度的影响。所得出的结论对井眼轨道自动控制系统的设计及实现具有参考价值。

     

    Abstract: The method of drilling fluid pulse transmission is mostly used in the wireless signal transmission system between downhole and surface.The transmission speed of signal is a basic parameter of the transmission method.This paper presents the calculating formula of drilling mud pulse transmission speed.and analyzes influences of drilling mud composition and properties,pipeline feature and drilling mud type on positive and negative pulse transmission speed.The conclusion of this paper is valuable for reference to the design and realization of wellbore trajectory automatic control system.
