疏松砂岩油层出砂机理室内研究

LAB RESEARCH ON SAND PRODUCTION MECHANISM IN UNCONSOLIDATED RESERVOIR

  • 摘要: 建立径向流物理模型,由径向流动模拟油井生产过程,通过改变试验流体粘度、流体流动速度,测试模拟油层的临界出砂流速、流体粘度与临界出砂流速、出砂量的关系;通过解剖砂体、观察描述出砂剖面,分析油层出砂机理和出砂规律。结果表明疏松砂岩油层出砂是由于岩石结构变化和破坏导致渗流场变化引起的。

     

    Abstract: This paper presents an established radical flow physical model, by means of which the produc tion process of oil well was simulated. By changing the viscosity and the flow velocity of the tested fluid, simulated the correlation of fluid viscosity, critical sand producing velocity and sand producing amount; by dis secting sand body, observing and describing the sand production profile, analyzed the sand producing mecha nism and laws of reservoir. It was found that the sand production from the unconsolidated sand reservoir did result from the variation of the effluent seepage field due to the change and damage of the rock texture.
