岩心粒度分析分选评价及割缝筛管缝宽设计

ANALYTICAL EVALUATION OF ROCK GRAIN SIZE AND DESIGN FOR SLOTTED SCREEN LINER

  • 摘要: 新疆九区齐古组稠油油藏埋深180m,欠压实,胶结疏松,决定用水平井割缝筛管完井。为选择割缝宽度,对岩心进行筛分析,得出大粒径砂累积重量10%所对应的砂粒直径为0.22~0.25mm,并根据1/3~2/3架桥原理得割缝宽度应为0.44~0.50mm。实际上,所有水平井割缝筛管的缝宽均修正为0.45mm。在试采期间,未发现有严重的出砂问题。经长期试采以后,缝宽设计还可进一步优化。

     

    Abstract: Qigu Group inspissated pool, located in No. 9 Block, Xinjiang is buried in the depth of 180m. It’s decided to use slotted screen liner for horizontal well completion, thanks to the incompaction and loosely cement compacted formation. To select the width of slot, screen analysis for the core is performed. When the cumulative weight percent of big size sand is 10%, the corresponding sand size is 0.22-0.25mm. Based on the principle of 1/3-2/3 bridge, the width of slot will be 0.44-0.50mm. Actually the width of slot in all horizontal wells is modified to 0.45mm. There is no severe sanding problems during the period of pilot production. The designed width of slot may be further optimized after long-term pilot production.
