连续油管在水平井中作业的力学分析

MECHANICS ANALYSIS OF COILED TUBING OPERATION IN WELL RENPING-2

  • 摘要: 对连续油管进行了摩阻和受力分析。为尽可能减少浏童误差,对水平井数据进行了最小二乘平滑处理;为便于数值计茸,又进行了三次样条函数插值,把水平井各离散点数据转化为在整个井深具有cZ连续的分段连续曲线;建立了空间曲线井眼轨迹管柱摩阻模型,对模型进行处理后得出分段微分方程,采用四阶Lunge-Kutta法求解该方程,进而得出管柱各截面的力、力矩和内力。

     

    Abstract: This paper analyzes the friction and other forces exerted on the coiled tubing. To reduce largely measuring errors, the data from the horizontal well have been processed by means of the method of least squares; for the convenient of numerical calculation, the cubic spline function has been introduced, and thus the separated point data of the well became a C2 continuous curve. The frictional resistance model of 3-D curve locus has been established. After a series of deduction, a differential equation that can be solved by four orders Longe-Kutta method has been acquired. Thus,the sections’ forces,moments and stresses of coiled tubing are obtained.
