低密度负压泡沫洗井解堵配套技术研究及现场应用

RESEARCH AND FIELD APPLICATION OF WELL CLEANOUT AND PLUG REMOVAL WITH LOW DENSITY FOAM UNDER NEGATIVE PRESSURE

  • 摘要: 介绍了一种针对低渗透油田普遍存在的井筒及近井地带堵塞的处理技术——低密度负压泡沫洗井解堵配套技术,利用低密度泡沫流体在负压条件下冲洗井筒,返排脏物,处理液解除近井地带有机和无机物造成的复合堵塞,研究和完善了相应的泡沫洗井液、油层处理液、泡沫发生器、井下洗井器和施工工艺。该技术的大面积推广应用,有效地提高了单井产油量,平均单井日增油2.6t,延长了检泵周期,取得了显著的成效。

     

    Abstract: This paper introduces a technology which is specially used for removing the plug of well bore or near well bore generally existed in low permeability fields, that is, the matching technology of well cleanout and plug removal with low density foam under negative pressure. This paper studies and perfects the relevant well cleanout foam, oil reservoir treating fluids, foam generator, downhole well cleanout device and operation process. The popularized application of the technology has effectively increased the oil output of individual well (averagely 2.6 t more for a well per day), prolonged the pump inspection period, and thus achieved obvious economic benefit.
