强磁防垢技术在胜利海上油田的应用研究

APPLICATION RESEARCH OF FERROMAGNETIC SCALE INHIBITION TECHNIQUE IN SHENGLI OFFSHORE FIELD

  • 摘要: 为解决海上油田生产过程中的结垢问题,对管线的结垢现象及垢物成分进行了分析,探讨了结垢现象的机理和强磁防垢机理,研究了磁处理的特点。通过室内品相显微观察法和结垢量称重法等试验研究,优化选择强磁处理的最佳磁参数,根据最佳磁参数设计制作出适合海上油田使用的强磁防垢器,并在海上油田现场实施强磁防垢技术。现场实践表明,强磁防垢技术取得了显著的效果,在国内首次探索了适合极浅海油田的磁防垢工艺技术。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the scaling problem during field production, analyze the scaling phenomena and scale component during off shore field production, study the characteristics of magnetic treating. After the experimental research, have selected optimally the optimal magnetic parameters of ferromagnetic treating, and based on which designed and manufactured the ferromagnetic scale inhibition device suitable to off shore field. The ferromagnetic scale inhibition technique has been used in an off shore field. The production comparison between after and before the ferromagnetic scale inhibition device is used indicates:the ferromagnetic scale inhibition technique has achieved obvious effect. This paper also discusses the mechanism of scaling phenomena and ferromagnetic scale inhibition.
