配入非活性硝酸粉末的混合酸酸化工艺技术

ACIDIZING TECHNOLOGY OF INACTIVE-NITRATE-POWDER MIXED ACID

  • 摘要: 介绍了非活性硝酸粉末的理化特性、对地层的溶解力及其与常规酸化工艺的差别,分析了配入非活性硝酸粉末酸化工艺的增产因素。现场试验表明该硝酸粉末与其它酸配合使用,可增大酸化区域,降低酸化成本,同时还能有效地降低地层二次污染。探讨了非活性硝酸粉末在酸化过程中所起的特殊作用。该工艺实施简单方便,增产效果显著。

     

    Abstract: This paper introduces the physical and chemical properties of the inactive nitrate powder, its solubility to the formation and the difference from the conventional acidizing technology, analyzes the stimulation factors of the acidizing technology of inactive nitrate powder mixed acid. Field test indicates:when the nitrate powder is used together with other acid, it can enlarge the acidizing area, reduce the acidizing cost, at the same time effectively reduce the secondary contamination of the formation. This paper discusses the particular role played by the inactive nitrate powder during acidizing. This technology is simple and convenient in operation, and the stimulation effect is obvious.
