新型加重材料在大庆油田的试验与应用

TEST AND APPLICATION OF NEW WEIGHTING MATERIAL IN DAQING OIL FIELD

  • 摘要: 大庆油田使用的JGN-A重钻井液体系,存在稳定性差、粘度和切力上升快、动塑比不理想等问题、使用新型钻井液加重材料——活化重晶石代替普通重晶石加重后,解决了JGN-A重钻井液存在的问题,同时还节省了加重材料、水、处理剂的用量,减少了重钻井液的排放量。文中介绍了活化重晶石的基本原理、室内评价和现场试验情况,认为活化重晶石具有广阔的应用前景和推广价值。

     

    Abstract: JGN-A weighting drilling fluid system used in Daqing oil field has a series of problem:poor stability, rapid increase of viscosity and shear and improper dynamic/plastic viscosity ratio. The application of new weighting material-activated barite instead of conventional barite in drilling fluid has solved the problem existed in JGN-A heavy drilling fluid as well as saved the usage of weighting material. water and additive and reduced the discharge of heavy drilling fluid. This paper presents the basic mechanism of activated barite, lab evaluation and field test and concludes that the activated barite has a bright future in application and is valuable for further wide application.
