管道输送二氧化碳单井吞吐工艺

TECHNOLOGY OF HUFFING AND PUFFING PIPELINE TRANSPORTED C02 IN SINGLE WELL

  • 摘要: 利用江苏油田有CO2气源井这一有利条件,根据气源井出气的状况.研究成功了管道输送CO2工艺、液态CO2注入工艺及防腐、返排等配套技术,并因地制宜,就近选择了近10口井进行现场应用,获得较好的增油效果。管道输送CO2单井吞吐工艺是一项适合复杂小断块油田提高原油采收率的三次采油技术,在江苏油田有较高的推广价值。

     

    Abstract: There are C02 gas wells in Jiangsu oilfield. In order to use the C02 to enhance oil recovery,matching technique such as transporting C02 through pipeline, liquefied C02 injection,C02 corrosion control,C02 backflow,etc.,was developed successfully. This technology was used in nearly 10 wells in the adjacent area, and better stimulation effect was achieved. The technology of huffing and puffing pipeline transported C02 in single well is a tertiary oil recovery technique suitable for improving the oil recovery of small complex fault block reservoir,it possesses higher popularization value in Jiangsu oilfield.
