油套混压工艺技术的改进

IMPROVEMENT OF MIXED TUBING-CASING FRACTURING TECHNOLOGY

  • 摘要: 在油套混压中,压裂液同时通过油管和油套环空进入地层,由于油管内室和油套环空的流动阻力性质不同,导致其流量和流速差异。详细分析了流速差异对油套混压效果的影响:设计的加砂程序发生了变化,使设计的高砂比的尾追砂失去了应有的效能,用常规方法设计顶替液量不适应油套混压方式。指出了油套混压存在的问题,提出了三种工艺改进办法:口袋沉砂法、嘴子调节法和定时关阀法。

     

    Abstract: Zhang Zhao-xiang;Huang Kailin;Wang Yi When conducting mixed tubing-casing fractuting, the fracturing fluid flow simultaneously through the tubing and the annulus into the formation. Because the flowing resistance in the tubing is different from that in the annulus,the flow rate and flow velocity also vary. This paper analyzes in detail the effect of flow velocity variance on the mixed tubing -casing fracturing:the designed sand-adding procedure changed, made the designed sand (with high sand fluid ratio) following the fracturing fluid lose its proper efficacy,and the displacing liquid volume designed with conventional method was not suitable to the mixed tubing-casing fracturing mode. After pointing out the problems resulted from the mixed tubing-casing fracturing,this paper presents three kinds of improvement methods:sand settling in rat hole,nozzle adjustment,and time closing of valve.
