汤原断陷钻井液研究与应用

DRILLING FLUID DEVELOPMENT IN TANGYUAN FAULTED SAG

  • 摘要: 大庆汤原地区断陷地层复杂,在不同的层段易发生垮、漏、缩径、泥包、阻卡等事故。针对此种情况,研制了抑制性较强的两性离子聚合物钻井液体系。采用屏蔽暂堵技术,配合小阳离子(NW-1)强化井壁稳定。在庙1、互4、互6等3口井的试验表明,使用该钻井液体系,均比没使用该体系的汤参1井、吉1井缩短复杂时间110d和40d,经济损失减少143万元和150万元,使汤原断陷地层的钻井事故问题得到了较好的解决。

     

    Abstract: Various zones are subject to slough,leakage,tight hole,balling and sticking due to complicated formation in Tangyuan faulted sag in Daging. To solve the problem,an amphoteric ion polymer drilling fluid with high inhibition has been developed. Shielded temporary plugging along with small canon (NW-1) is used to enhance sidewall stability. Test results in wells Miao 1,Hu 4 and Hu 6 showed that this system reducerd accident handling times 110 days and 40 days and economic losses 1.43 million yuan and 1.5 million yuan compared with wells Tangchan 1 and Ji 1 respectively,providing a good solution for drilling problems in this area.
